He is survived by: his spouse Debra McNeil (Hubbard); his parents, Gordon McNeil and Kathryn McNeil (Hackett); his children, April Sweeney (Shawn) of Moncton, Kathryn Ashton of Moncton, Gary McNeil (Tammy) of Quarryville and Robert Jr. (Sarah); and his siblings, Marie Peters of Halifax, Phyllis Pleadwell (Sonny) of Quarryville, Veronica Ward (Louis) of Detroit Michigan, Gordon (Mary) of Renous and Edward (Donna) of British Columbia. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
