He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Allain and Basilice Allain (Leger); his wife Jeannine Jaillet; his daughter Joanne Vautour (late Jeannot); and his siblings, Edna Gallant (late Walter), Premillia Leger (late Ola), Nellie Gallant (late Edmond), Rita Mazerolle (late Edmond), Rolande and Dollard (late Yvonne).
He is survived by: his significant other Alina Comeau of Saint-Ignace; his son Maurice Allain of Bouctouche; his granddaughter Lynn MacDonald (Joe) of Kentville, NS; his great grandchildren, Aidan and Brody; his niece Rita Daigle (late Arsène) of Saint-Louis; his sisters-in-law, Yvonne Allain (late Arthur) of Bouctouche, Yvette Allain (late Armand) of Saint-Antoine and Annette Jaillet (late Bertin) of Saint-Édouard; and also, Paulette Stewart (Danny), Gisèle Comeau (Jack), Jean-Paul Comeau (Marguerite) and Daniel Comeau (Lorraine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Saint-Antoine-De-Padoue R. C. Church. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
