He was predeceased by: his mother Isabel Isaac; his wife Mary Agnes Augustine; his daughters, Sabrina and Katie; and his brother Allison (Margaret Paul).
He is survived by: his son Shane Polchies of Elsipogtog; and his brothers, Brian Polchies of Elsipogtog, Cyril Polchies of Elsipogtog, Clifton Polchies of Elsipogtog and Burtin Polchies (Eveline) of Elsipogtog. He is also survived by his granddaughter; along with his extended family, many nieces and nephews, and friends.
