He is survived by: his wife Marysa Elward; his children, Sonia Mazerolle (Jeff) of Rexton, Chantal Elward (Jocelyn) of Aldouane, Nathalie Elward (Jon) of Elsipogtog, Mélanie Elward (Michel) of Cocagne, Josée Bastarache (Mathieu) of Bouctouche, Isabelle Daigle (Julien) of Kouchibouguac, Stéphanie Chica (Enrique) of Dieppe and Manuel Elward of Shediac; and his brother Bernard Elward of Richibucto. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren.
