She is survived by: her children, David (Juanita), Karen and Troy (Lynn); her sons-in-law, Dan and Gerard; her grandchildren, Danielle (Craig), Sean, Paige (Stephane), Hanna (Brandon), Blayne (Ryan), Ryan (Megan) and Eryn (Cory); her great grandchildren, Sage, Axel, Finn, Luke, Audrey, Eloise, Parker, Elodie, Maverick and Brooks; and her siblings, Trudy (Lloyd), Evelyn (John), Judy (late Romeo), Geraldine (John) and Michael (Louise). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis' name can be made to the cemetery fund at the St. Peter's Catholic Church in South Branch.
