It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Garland Douglas Tibbits of Ripples, New Brunswick, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruth Tibbits (Drost) and Edward Tibbits; his son Steven Tibbits; and his siblings, Dwain, Delbert, Dale Tibbits, Lorna Knox and Norman.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce Tibbits (Post); his children, Judy Viel (Frank) and Randy Tibbits (Kelly); his siblings, Gary Tibbits, Dennis Tibbits, Sylvia Bailey (Lester) and Erma Freeborn (Bruce); his grandchildren, Douglas (Jodi), Romain, Marc (Sheila), Abby and Allie; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Danielle, Mariève, Vanessa, Haley, Hudson, Henry and Felix. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
