She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Symes and Edna Symes (Heskett); her spouse Claude Bannister; and her brother Mervin. She is survived by: her son Darren (Phyllis); her grandchildren, Morgan, Zachary, Shiajan and Joshua; her great grandchildren, Capri, Lydia, Ronin, Harlyn, Keegan, Maverick, Kayden, Makaya and Maddy; and her siblings, Betty, Joe and Charlie.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Salisbury Funeral Home (3350 NB-106, Salisbury, NB E4J3H3). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salisbury Funeral Home Chapel (3350 NB-106, Salisbury, NB E4J3H3).
