Gertrude Lauzon Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Gertrude Lauzon of Riverside-Albert, New Brunswick. Gertrude passed away on August 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennett Eagles and Dorothy Eagles (Woodburn); her husband Vernon Cudmore; her sister Beulah "Judy" Smith; her brother-in-law Rod Langis; her son-in-law Duane Fredine; and her nieces, Tina and Lisa.

She is survived by: her children, Lorna Sherwood (Lyle), Betty Desjarlais (Tom), Linda Fredine (Duane), Joan Eardley (David) and David Cudmore (Mary); her siblings, Janet Terris, Margaret Wilson (Jonnie), Barbara Langis (Rod), James (Judy), Bennett "Sonny" (Mary Ann), David (Debby) and Bruce (Pat); and her grandchildren, Lacey, Christy, Ashley, Ryan, Adam, Malissa, Michael and Candice. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ALS Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
