He is survived by: his parents, Scott Hawkes and Elizabeth Hawkes (Amos); his girlfriend Tanya Dollemont; his grandparents, Merle, Carol Hawkes, Helen and Gordon Amos; his aunt Kimberly Hall (Stephen); and his uncle Andrew Amos (Marion). He is also survived by several cousins; and countless friends.
