She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Hawkes and Elda Hawkes; her husband Ernest "Mac"; her son Ian; and her brothers, Donald and Norman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly (Stephen) and Debbie (David); her brother Hartley "Junior"; her daughter-in-law Kate (Bill); and her granddaughters, Erin, Jacki, Emma and Charlize. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
