He was predeceased by: his parents, Budd MacKenzie and Vera MacKenzie (Gamble); and his wife Patricia Mackenzie (Carson). He is survived by: his children, Allison MacKenzie (Justin Donnelly) and Brad (Brenda Price); his sister Bev Eger (David); and his grandchildren, Molly, Ezra and Isla.
