He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Hache and Eva Hache (Landry); his wife Clara (Vautour); his daughter Susan Hachey; and his siblings, Lydia and Edgar.

He is survived by : his siblings, Leonard, Francis Hache and Patricia Hache; his children, Nancy Payne (Steve), Noreen (Brenda), Wayne (Shelley) and Sandra Hachey; his grandchildren, Kelly, Kaylie, Jennifer, Abby, Sarah and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Hayden, Harlow and Nolan.

Donations in Edmond's memory can be made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital.
