It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Shirley Thorne (Riverview, New Brunswick), born in Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 18, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eloi Thibodeau and Marjorie Thibodeau (Millman); and her siblings, Ruth Sabourin, Helen Billings, Lee, Everett, Francis (Dolly) and Ted Thibodeau.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Thorne (Maggie) of Moncton, NB and Shawn Thorne of Moncton; her grandchildren, Matthew (Matt) and Rachel MacLean (Cody); her great grandchildren, Myles, Tate and Brooke; and her sister Dorothy Wallace (late Peter) of Toronto, ON. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
