He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Shorey and Minnie Shorey (Kilvington); his siblings, Weldon Shorey and Laura Dickinson; his wife Delma; his children, Norman (Lori), Terry and Debbie Morrell (Aubrey); his grandchildren, Dartha, Kamala, Tammy, Andy, Vanessa, Robin, Susan, Theresa, Jennifer and Leanne; his sister-in-law Doreen Crockett; and his daughters-in-law, Theresa Elizabeth Shorey and Mary Smith Shorey.
He is survived by: Paul.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cobb's Funeral Home and Cremation Center (330 Whitepine Rd, Riverview, NB E1B0E4). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cobb's Funeral Home (330 Whitepine Rd, Riverview, NB E1B0E4).
