He was predeceased by : his sisters, Cathy Peters and Mary Daley. He is survived by : his wife Carmen; his stepchildren, Rachelle Vo-Ngoc (Franck) and Daniel Vo-Ngoc; his grandchildren, Emmett and Clara Vo-Ngoc Desgranges; his siblings, Anna Peters, Jeanne Flanagan (Len) and Bill Peters; his brother-in-law Ed Daley; and his nephews, Drew Flanagan, Adam Flanagan (Steve), Matthew Flanagan, Robb Daley and Chris Daley (Rachel).
