He was predeceased by: his parents, Francois Severin and Marie Levinie (Doucet); and his siblings, Rose O'Brien, Gerald, Gus, Norman, Bernard and Lewis.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Langille; his son Brian (Karen); his brother Gilbert Frontain of Calgary; and his grandchildren, Erin Leger (Peter), Erika (Kevin Linegar), Emily (Warren Emmett) and Adam (Britney Sears).

Donations in Jesse's memory made to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
