He was predeceased by: his parents, Anselme Paradis and Ada Leger Paradis (Gould); his wife Kathleen (Cooze); his siblings, Rudolph, Raymond, Ernest, Gerard, Paul, Valmond and Huberte; his close friend Jeanne Belliveau; and his daughter Patricia Currie.

He is survived by: his sister Jeannine (Leopold Belliveau); his daughters, Lorraine (Ray Gingles) and Nancy (Hubert Seamans); his grandchildren, Debby Cosman (George Robichaud), Jacey Dugas (Geoff Moore), Jaime Leard (Ben Allen), Jordan Dugas (Annie-Pier Beauregard), Kathleen Currie, Jeremy Currie, James Seamans (Rachel) and Mark Seamans (Shana); and his great grandchildren, Jonah, Kale Leard, Jadyn Currie and Esmé Dugas.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a virtual family service will be held soon with interment in the spring.
