He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Briggs and Annie Briggs (Sherwood). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Briggs (Anderson); his children, Brenda Adams, Sarah Briggs (Todd), Tiffany Briggs (Aaron) and Charles Briggs (Miranda); his grandchildren, Jessica, Kayla, Logan, Autumn, Summer and Ryder; and his siblings, Cheryl Huxter (Ken), Jo-Leigh Lutes (John) and Deryl Briggs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.
