He was predeceased by: his father Garnet Shaffer; and his grandparents, Fletcher Shaffer, Raymond and Rita Atkinson. He is survived by: his mother Tracy O'Hara; his stepfather Kevin O'Hara; his grandmother Imelda Shaffer; his aunt Val (Doug); his cousins, Amanda (Chris) and Tina; his son Colby; and his friends, Dennis and Jeremy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
