She was predeceased by: her husband Winston; her parents, Nellie Knowlton (Wilbur) and Edward Knowlton; and her brother Weldon. She is survived by: her sisters, Irma Vandenburg (Ern) and Eleanor White (Roy); her children, Darren (Susan) and Debra (Neal); her grandchildren, Julie Spencer (Steve), Vanessa LeBlanc and Harrison; and her great grandchildren, Ellery, Everson and Aubrey. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cobb's Funeral Home and Cremation Center (330 Whitepine Rd, Riverview, NB E1B0E4). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In memory of Phyllis, donations can be made to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital or the New Brunswick Heart Centre at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
