Gentile and Jamesina Gentile (Lackey); his wife Terry Lee Gentile (Dickson); his children, Peter Gentile (Eunsuk), Ian Gentile (Julie) and Bonnie Gentile (Alan Serson); his stepdaughters, Kari Forbes Karyn Richard (Alan Pendergast), Jennifer and Greene (Stewart); his grandchildren, Cathryn, Alexander, Benjamin, Dylan, Owen, Ryan-James, Brock, Madalyn, Ethan, Hayden, Gabriel and Solomen; his great grandchildren, Paisly and Isabella; his brother Shaun (Kathy); and his close friends, Mark Forbes, Mike and Richard.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer's Society in Terry's memory would be greatly appreciated by the family.
