He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Jones (Austin); his sister-in-law Diane Hamer; and his father-in-law Reid Smith. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Smith); his children, Emily and Kevin (Ashley); his father Cecil; his brothers, Allan and Brian (Nicole); his granddaughters, Evelyn and Kate; his mother-in-law Mildred Smith; and his siblings' children, Jennifer Giffard (Bob), Scott Hamer (Bonnie) and Bee Madore Jones.

Donations to the Wesleyan Union Cemetery or Hospice SENB (Albert House) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
