She was predeceased by: her spouse Philip Watson Willis; her parent William Arthurs; her siblings, Glendon Arthurs and Elva Bemrose; her daughter Margaret Willis; and her grandson David Willis.

She is survived by: her parent Laura Arthurs (Hayter); her children, Stephen Willis (Judith) of Saint John, Mary Osborne (Theodore) of London, Katherine Willis (Jeff Dalcourt) of Kingston, Elizabeth Kromer (Robert) of Montague, Elaine Willis (Richard Chaykowski) of Kingston and Fentahun Tiruneh (Martha) of Washington, D. C.; her grandchildren, Alexander, Susan, Rachel, Matthew, Sarah, Emily, Erich, Philip, Isabel, James and Edward; and her friend Lois Kilpatrick. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and by her numerous nieces and nephews.
