He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick G. Haslam and Dorothy Haslam (Baird); and his brother Robert Haslam. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Haslam (Calloway); his children, Heather Whelan (Thomas Whelan) and Kelly Haslam; his grandchildren, Padraic Whelan and Patricia Zaat; and his sister Barbara Gilliland (Gordon Gilliland). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Fred's memory to St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation, Alzheimer's Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
