The passing of Laura Catherine McKee (Rothesay, New Brunswick) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 30, 2025 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" McKee; and her parents, Raleigh Smith and Margaret "Peggy" Smith (Miles). She is survived by: her children, Heather (Finch), Snook (Dan) of Kingston, NB and David Finch (Shauna) of Hampton, N. B.; her siblings, Jane Smith of Quispamsis, Ann Smith of Quispamsis, Constance Firlotte of Quispamsis, Sarah Smith (Gilles Boiteau) of Fredericton, NB and Raleigh Smith of Ottawa, ON.; her grandchildren, Victoria (Richard), Courtney, Tasha (Tristyn), Lilly and Jordan; her stepchildren, Terry McKee (Colleen) of Grafton, NB and Christopher McKee (Alona) of Fall River, NS; her stepgrandchildren, Katherine (Quintin), Matthew, Vincent and Samuel; and her great grandchild Emery.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (4 Church Ave, Rothesay, NB E2E5G4). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
