It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeleine Jacqueline Denise Budge (Rothesay, New Brunswick), who passed away on December 27, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, René Tournois and Marie-Louise Tournois; her siblings, Annick Tournois and Yves Tournois; her brother-in-law Andrew McDonald; and her son-in-law Finbar Tobin.
She is survived by: her husband W. Barry Budge of Rothesay; her daughters, Jill Tobin of Rothesay, Colette Budge (Rob Bolduc) of Ottawa and Lynne McDonough (Gary) of Moncton; her sister Marie-Louise McDonald of Ottawa; and her grandchildren, Candice, Emilie Tobin, Brianna, Caleb Budge-Bolduc, Liam and Riley McDonough. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
