Robert Rafferty Stewart Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Robert Rafferty Stewart (Rothesay, New Brunswick). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Stewart and Rose Stewart (Timothy); his siblings, Eleanor Cockburn, Ian Stewart, Gordon Stewart, Charles Stewart and James Stewart; and his grandson Matthew.

He is survived by: his wife Esther Doyle; his children, Robert, Alexander (Krista), Christine and Laura (Antonio); his grandchildren, Kayla (Kyle), Carlie (Matthew), Jacob (Brooke), Antonio and Sienna; his great grandchildren, Liam, Carmelita, Matteo, Nate and Melody; and his siblings, Rosemary Ferguson, Alastair Stewart and Richard Stewart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 58 (8 River Rd, Rothesay, NB E2E2C4).

Donations in Robert's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of New Brunswick, the Saint John Regional Hospital - Palliative Care Unit or a charity of the donor's choice.
