He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Owens; his wife Marjorie; and his son Barry Shaw. He is survived by: his parent Iva Owens (Kennedy); his children, Debbie Beckwith, Sherry Boucher and Peter Owens (Marion); his children-in-law, Evelyn Shaw and Bentley Boucher; his grandchildren, Justin Shaw, Susan Hunter (Jason), Michael Beckwith (Kristie), Holly Beckwith (John), Nancy Scott (Marlon), Danielle Smith (Andrew), Dominique Boucher, Katlyn Owens, Lauren, Ava, Logan, Jozie, Levi, Elizabeth "Lizzy" and Evelynn; and his sister Doris Burtt.
