He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Chase and Delavine Chase (Wheaton); and his brothers, Ronald and Dolan. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Michelle Sherwood (Chris Wry), Andrea Chase-Cormier (Isaac Cormier) and Nicholas Chase (Monica Resendes-Chase); his grandchildren, Riley, Carley, Ashley, Ryan, Spencer, Emmett and Ellis; and his brother Philip Chase (Tucker). He is also survived by many great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
