He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Richard (Toots) and Marge Richard. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Allen; and his stepchildren, Peggy Watson, Heather Allen and Andrew Allen (Monique). He is also survived by his step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
