She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Wry and Myrtle Wry (Estabrooks); her husband Sheldon Hicks; her great grandchildren, Noah and Leah; and her siblings, Evelyn, Kay, Betty, Phyllis, Norma, Gloria, Irene, Horace and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Wood (Tony) of Wood Point, Alicia Richardson (Ernie) of Aulac, Jena Estabrooks (Colin) of Midgic, Cindy Wheaton (Jody) of Edmonton, Lawrence (Wendy) of Sackville, Anthony (Rhonda) of Point de Bute and Bradley (Kelly) of Midgic; her sister Rachel Tower; and her siblings-in-law, Courtney, Oakley and Alberta. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (70 Bridge St, Sackville, NB E4L3N9). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
