With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Ada Carter (Sackville, New Brunswick), who passed away on January 8, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris Ada Carter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harris Hicks and Sarah Hicks (Ibbitson); her husband William; her siblings, Ted, Marjorie MacLeod, Leona Fullerton and Myrtle Mitton; and her son-in-law Glenn McDougall.

She is survived by : her children, Brian (Mary), Douglas (Cynthia), David (Cathy) and Marilyn McDougall; and her sister-in-law Betty Hicks. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Doris may be made to the Drew Nursing Home, the Sackville Memorial Hospital Foundation, or to a charity of one's choice.
