It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gertrude Fannie (Hicks) Wheaton (Sackville, New Brunswick), who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Olive Sears (Kaye) of Midgic, NB. and Weldon "Pug" Hicks of Midgic, NB.; her husband Herman Kenneth Wheaton; her sons, Benny and Skip Wheaton (Sandra); her granddaughters, Arielle Gillis and Beth Shannon; and her siblings, Lillian Neal (Hicks), Yvonne Sears, Vaughn Kaye, Tommy, Perry and Garnet.

She is survived by : her daughter Judy Gillis (Neil); her granddaughter Krysta Gillis; her daughter-in-law Sandra Wheaton (Palmer); her grandchildren, Melody, Heidi, Marcy, Emily and Cory; her daughter Dale; and her daughter-in-law Becky Shannon. She is also survived by partners and children; her honorary son.
