We bid farewell to James I. Wheaton (Sackville, New Brunswick), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 2, 2026. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Wheaton and Florence Wheaton (Anderson); and his sister Bertha Douglas (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Margaret Anne (Reynolds Sears) and Michael (Michelle); his brother Roland (Louise); his grandchildren, Megan Butcher (Scott), Chelsey Wheaton (Logan Timmons), Daniel Wheaton (Breanne) and Stacy Fitch (Rob); his great grandchildren, Mason Parker, Rowan Fitch, Leo and Finley Wheaton; and his sibling's children, Roberta Douglas, Rosemary MacEachen and Philip.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
