Joan Linda Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2025, at the age of 77, Joan Linda Smith (Sackville, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Richardson and Rhobena Richardson (Estabrooks); and her brother Michael Todd. She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her children, Kimberly Bacon (Shawn) of Leicester, NS and Jeffrey (Hilary) of Bouctouche, NB; her grandchildren, Carter (Jenna), Lynden, Carly (Riley), Jenna (Will), Rileigh and Aidan; her great grandchildren, Jayce and Addilynn; her siblings, Davis Richardson (Carol), Jessie Boorne (Steve), Bill Richardson (Peggy) and Joy Estabrooks (Charles); and her cousin Tena Baker.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Middle Sackville Baptist Church (14 Church St, Sackville, NB E4L1H5).
