He was predeceased by: his father James Hyram Steeves. He is survived by: his mother Louise Pearl (Cook); his wife Emma Steeves (LeBlanc); his children, Chanelle Caissie (Jean-Pierre) and Marc Steeves (Hayley Richard); his siblings, Donnie Steeves (Anne), Kenny Steeves (Debbie), Alan Steeves (Donna), James Steeves (Kristen), Donna Hicks (Victor) and Karen Sears (late Kirby); and his grandchildren, Abigail, Josh, Maddy, Alyssa and Kevin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kevin may be made to the Sackville Memorial Hospital Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association-NB Region, Epilepsy Association of the Maritimes or to the charity of one's choice.
