She was predeceased by : her mother Ruby Allen; her husband Eldon Hicks; her children, Linda Sears Hicks and Ensley Hicks; her brothers, Whitney Allen and Brud Allen; and her son-in-law Leonard Hicks.
She is survived by : her stepfather Burt Coombs; her children, Pat Ann Hicks, David Hicks (June) and Glen Hicks (Denise); and her daughter-in-law Marlene Hicks. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
If so desired, donations in memory of Mona may be made to the ALS Society of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, or to the charity of one's choice.
