It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Bonaventure Tarkowski of Sackville, New Brunswick, who passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angela Tarkowski (Lubiak) and Edward Tarkowski I.; his wife Rebecca; his brother Edward Joseph Tarkowski II; and his pet Xena.

He is survived by: his children, Linda Gosling of Whitby, ON and Steven Tarkowski of Airdrie, AB; and his grandchildren, Rachel Gosling, Brian Gosling, Halle Tarkowski, Kyra Tarkowski and Amy Tarkowski.
