She was predeceased by: her spouse Terry Sullivan (Terrance); her siblings, Calvin Bowes (late Hilda), Gladwin Bowes (Buddy), Nora Spicer (late Chester) and Eleanor; and her parents, Michael Thomas Bowes and Mary Jane Bowes (Bourgeois).
She is survived by: her children, Chris Sullivan (Tammy) and Pat Sullivan; her pet Niko; her grandchildren, Heather Sullivan (Tana) and Kyle Sullivan (Charlotte); her great grandchildren, Lachlan, Sebastian and Mateo; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Bowes and Olive Sullivan (Ollie).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Campbell's Funeral Home (89 Bridge St, Sackville, NB E4L3P1).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rita may be made to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of one's choice.
