He was predeceased by: his parents, Nova Levita (Bennett) and Frederick Cyrus Harper. He is survived by: his wife Helen Elizabeth "Betty" Harper (MacDonald); his children, Robert Harper and Crystal (Pat Corney); his granddaughter Alyssa (Wesley Hatt); his great-nephew Fred Blair; his stepgranddaughters, Alanna and Emily; his stepgreat-grandson Elijah; and his father-in-law Earl MacDonald. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law; his brothers-in-law; his several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as by many friends.
