She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Cedric Kaye and Marie Kaye (Hamilton); her daughter Ginny Sterling Boddie (John) of Glen Haven, NS; her niece Alice Hamilton (Mark) of Barrie, ON; her son Michael Powell; her grandchildren, Daphne and Nathan; her siblings, Bob Kaye (Elva) of Debert, NS, Kelvin Kaye (May) of Amherst, NS and Christine Hicks of Amherst, NS.; her nieces and nephews, Tina Hicks Spence (Wayne), Lisa Kaye (Fred Arsenault), Darlene Kaye, Joanna Kaye-Carey, Tim Hicks (Krista Cormier), Tony Kaye and Todd Kaye; her close friend Phyllis Sloan (Eunice Johnson) of Amherst, NS; her siblings, Eric Kaye and Gloria Brown; her brothers-in-law, Richard Brown and Allan Hicks; her uncle Everett Hamilton; her great-nephew Justin Morgan; and her pets, Chummie, Toeser, Winston and Jack.
She also has asked in lieu of flowers, memorial donations - should you wish - can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #26 in Sackville, NB or to the Lillian Allbon Animal Shelter in Amherst, NS.
