He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Allen and Donald Allen (Jean Lewis); his stepmother Jean Lewis; and his father-in-law Douglas Crosthwaite. He is survived by: his wife Jocelyn; his daughters, Jessica Allen and Nicole Bonspille (Anthony); his siblings, Dan Allen (Rina), James Allen (Tammy), David Lewis (Sheila), Brenda Moreno (Luis) and Patti Sears (Dale); and his in-laws, Iona Crosthwaite, Darlene Turner (Rodney) and Douglas Crosthwaite (Jennifer). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Canada or the IWK Health Centre.
