He was predeceased by : his father Cuttar B. Fillmore; and his husband Jim Bain. He is survived by : his mother Margaret Ann Fillmore (Marks); and his sisters, Dianna Touchette (Luc) and Heather Stone (Reg). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Westcock Cemetery or to the charity of one's choice.
