It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Irma Legere of Saint-Ignace, New Brunswick, born in Bouctouche, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 20, 2021. She was predeceased by : her parents, Vital Guimond and Edmee Guimond (Martin); and her brothers, Normand and Freddy. She is survived by : her children, Rachel Doucette (Louis) of Saint-Ignace and Paul (Niki) of Saint John; her grandchildren, Claire (Rene), Melodie (Jean-Luc), Xavier and Gilles; her great grandchild Felix; and her siblings, Gerald of Saint-Charles, Adrien (Diane) of Saint-Charles, Aldei (Sandy) of Saint-Charles and Shirley Guimond (Mark) of Memramcook. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 24th 2021 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, February 25th 2021 at 9:00 AM at the Thompson's Memorial. A funeral mass was held on Thursday, February 25th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Loyola Roman Catholic Church. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only a maximum of 25 people at a time will be allowed in the funeral home.
