He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Landry and Edna Landry (Noël); and his siblings, Alfred, Edgar, Roger and Margaret Polley.

He is survived by : his wife Marie Louise Landry (Gallant); his children, Maurice Landry (Vickie) of Portage, Michael Landry (Liz) of Mount Albert, ON and Susan Marie (Paul); his siblings, Raymond Landry (Catherine) of Moncton, Louise Landry of Moncton, Gerald Landry (Peggy) of Notre-Dame, Dianne Bérubé (Norman) of Moncton and George Landry of Moncton; his grandchildren, Melissa, Nathan, Nicholas, Matthew, Madeleine, Laura and Natalie; and his great grandchildren, Logan and Liam.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation "Palliative Care".
