He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Millican and Sarah Millican (Nee Driscoll); his son James; and his brothers, Robert and Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Allan (Nancy), Chris (Joan), Nancy (Dan), Dan (Don) and Debbie; his grandchildren, Allan (Corinne), Greg (Annie), Mike (Chelsea), Lisa, Melanie (Troy), Stephanie (Corey), Chris (Ashley), Jeremy (Misty), Maria (Matt), Amy (Jacob), Ian (Zahra), Jake (Selina) and Maggie; his sister Valerie Beyea; and his close friend Gary Ewart. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
