He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blue and Mary Blue (Allan); his wife Mildred Florence Blue (Scallon); and his brother Jack Blue. He is survived by: his children, Allan Blue (Gloria), Margaret-Ann David (late Sidney), David Blue (Patricia), Ken Blue (Anne), Cyndi Salazar and Carole Patenaude; and his friend Ann Ernst. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
