He was predeceased by : his parents, Clovis Hachey and Laura Hachey; and his siblings, Rita, Ovila, Doris, Clifford, Roland and Linda.

He is survived by : his wife Jeannette Marie Hachey (Arseneault); his son Steven (Jonathan); his sister Stella Mannella; his granddaughter Julia (Justin); and his great grandchild Wrenley. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fundy Chapel (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3).
