She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Byers and Stephen Byers; and her siblings, Evangeline, Norbert and Stephen.

She is survived by: her siblings, Maria (George Johansson), Judy (John Thorpe), Kathleen (Joe McInerney), Robin, Brian (Tina) and Alfred (Maryann); her sisters-in-law, Stella Byers and Anne-Marie Byers; her cousin Judy Jones; her child Taco; and her caregivers, Rob Clark, Janice Comeau and Tess. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
