She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Burns and Elizabeth Burns (Dupuis); and her siblings, Theresa, Anna, Kay, Carmel, Henry Burns, John Louis Burns, John Frederick Burns, Vincent Burns, Danny Burns and Clarence.

She is survived by : her sisters, Margaret Daoust of Beamsville, Rita Murdock of Hamilton, Patsy Munro of Hamilton, Arlene Bryce (Dave) of Hamilton and Jackie Burns of Hamilton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“I’m so sorry to hear of Bella’s passing. She was my Mother’s ( Phyllis Howe Sledmere) cousin and we often spent time with her when I was growing up. I still remember how fast her knitting needles would go as she worked on a project. We kept in touch with each other after my Mum died and I will miss her stories of days gone by. RIP Bella!
